Your lymph system cleanses your body of toxins, supports your healthy immune system, and restores optimal fluid balance.
Manual Lymph Drainage
During lymphatic massage, gentle slow circular strokes direct excess fluid in the direction of lymphatic flow. Picture tree roots after a rainstorm; Lymphatic massage moves lymph fluid through the lymph system from the smallest ducts towards the major vessels and returns the lymph fluid to the circulatory system. Because the lymph system is passive and has no pump, lymphatic massage helps to encourage the lymph flow after a trauma like surgery, injury, or even an intense workout. Lymphatic massage redirects lymphatic fluid away from compromised areas toward healthy tributaries to assist a compromised lymph system.
Manual Lymph Drainage is lymphatic massage that helps your body absorb swelling, reduce pain, and maintain optimal fluid balance.
Manual Lymph Drainage relieves swelling and helps you heal when
